Dopo aver iniziato a fotografare da soli 18 mesi, Dirk Jonsson si \u00e8 avvicinato molto rapidamente alla fotografia a infrarossi. Fin dall'inizio, il 51enne ha nutrito un particolare interesse per le tecniche fotografiche come i panorami, l'HDR e le lunghe esposizioni. La fotografia a infrarossi gli offre l'opportunit\u00e0 di riscoprire cose familiari e semplicemente di dare una prospettiva diversa a cose che sono state fotografate tante volte in precedenza. Si rende conto che l'effetto delle immagini IR, come quello dell'HDR, pu\u00f2 essere affievolito se viene usato troppo spesso. Quindi, anche se ora viaggia sempre con una fotocamera in pi\u00f9, si impone di mostrare le immagini IR con parsimonia.<\/p>\n

Per i suoi motivi IR predilige i vasti paesaggi dello Schleswig-Holstein. Il cielo giusto \u00e8 molto importante: le nuvole devono essere molto strutturate! \u00c8 in questo modo che l'effetto IR si fa notare. Per aggiungere colore alle sue immagini, ha optato per un filtro da 700 nm. In questo modo si ottengono colori tenui ma inconfondibili.<\/p>\n
