Customers who wish to have their cameras modified have, until now, always had to pack and send them to us themselves. This method remains the most economical and fastest way to send us a camera. It will continue to be the standard in the future. However, if no suitable box is available, or if there are concerns about padding and shipping methods, we will be able to take over this task completely for you in the future.

When configuring your refurbishment service, you now have the option to have us handle your camera shipment. We will send you a high-quality shipping box with secure film securing, as well as a self-adhesive return label for shipping back.

After placing your camera in the package, you simply need to:

• to seal the cardboard box,
• to affix the return label to the package and
• to drop this off at a post office.

As soon as your camera arrives, you will of course receive feedback from us.

This service is currently only available for customers in Germany or an EU country, but not for Switzerland, Norway, or EU overseas territories.

Step-by-step guide

Open the carton and remove the insert upwards.

Unfold the inlay and lay it flat on a table. Now slide your camera under the film from the side.

Fold the top and bottom tabs down so the film grips the camera securely.

Stand the two side panels upright.

Let the inlay with the camera go vertically into the carton.

You can now seal the package and attach the shipping label to the package. Please drop off the package at a post office.
