Exhibition: Rheinhessen in a different light

Rheinhessen has been photographed a lot, but there are still many new facets to be discovered. This gave rise to the idea of setting off in a small group to explore this region full of cultural treasures, impressive buildings and a gently rolling landscape. The result is impressive black and white photographs that open up new, fascinating perspectives of this region. The infrared technique used allows this region to be perceived in a completely new way - in a world of the invisible that can appear completely different from what we are used to.

The exhibition opening will take place on 8 Jun 2024 at 6 pm in the gallery of the Burggrafiat Alzey, Schlossgasse 11. The 52 black and white Infrared pictures will be on display there from 9 June to 7 July 2024. The gallery is open Monday and Thursday from 4 - 6 pm, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 am - 12 noon and Sundays and public holidays from 2 - 6 pm, entry is free.
